First Impression: We received a bag of medium/large dog chews for the chi's. I was a bit annoyed having to break the chews up since the recommendation for these chews is roughly one per 25 pounds per day. I broke them in half for Venus, and into quarters for Ocean. The treats are a little soft, which I like for the chi's, and they smell delicious - definitely a good chicken smell!
My Thoughts: While I would have loved to have received the chews for small dogs, the size of the chews did not alter the effectiveness of the Hip+Joint chews. While treats such as these usually make me skeptical, I was blown away when Venus was able to walk without a limp after just a couple days of taking these chews. After the hundreds of dollars we've spent on different supplements over the past year to help Venus walk better, we had honestly given up hope. I am a true believer that PetNaturals Hip+Joint for Dogs chews are a benefit to both dogs who need joint support right now, or dogs who could be started on a preventative.
