Our patented NeoGlucosamine® gently exfoliates, helping to break up existing dark spots and creating more even pigment and youthful tone. Vitamin C takes the brightening process one step further, helping to diminish the look of existing dark spots and prevent the formation of new spots. The lightly hydrating serum leaves skin luminous and cushioned with moisture. Experience beautiful results when you lift off this special masque. Reveal a younger looking, brighter complexion with more even tone.
Ingredients: [Cosdna analysis] Aqua (Water), Trimethylolpropane Tricaprylate/Tricaprate, Butylene Glycol, Acetyl Glucosamine, Glycerin, Polysorbate 20, Ascorbyl Glucoside, Acetyl Tyrosinamide, 4-Butylresorcinol, Citric Acid, Phospholipids, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Dimethicone, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Fruit Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Extract, Elettaria Cardamomum Seed Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Extract, Plumeria Rubra Flower Extract, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Fruit Extract, Hedychium Spicatum Extract, Vanilla Planifolia Fruit Extract, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Flower Extract, Hibiscus Abelmoschus Extract, Gardenia Tahitensis Flower Extract, Polianthes Tuberosa Extract, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Jasminum Officinale (Jasmine) Flower Extract, Ceteth-24, Ceteareth-20, Steareth-2, Cetearyl Alcohol, PEG-100 Stearate, Glyceryl Stearate, Ammonium Hydroxide, Sodium Citrate, Limonene, Hydroxycitronellal, Linalool, Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Chlorphenesin, CI 60730 (Ext. Violet 2), CI 42090 (Blue 1).
Directions: Masques are single use. After cleansing, place the masque over the entire face, gently smoothing the fabric onto skin. Leave the masque on for 10 minutes allowing skin to absorb the potent brighteners. After 10 minutes, remove and discard the masque, massaging excess solution into the skin. Follow with a moisturizer. For best results, use with Exuviance® OptiLight products.
Performance: The Pigment Lifting Masque from Exuviance comes in a single-use foil envelope. The mask itself has a very light scent, and is blue in color. The essence is very dry - this made it a little difficult for the mask to adhere to my face properly. Also, because of the dryness, the mask barely lasted the 10 minutes recommended on the packaging.
Verdict: Even though this mask was dry, and dried out completely very quickly, it did do a nice job brightening my hyper-pigmentation. These results were temporary, however, but with continued use there might be a more permanent effect. I definitely think these are nice before a special event.

Exuviance Firm-NG6 Non-Acid Peel [Review]
The product featured in this post was sent to me for review.
The Exuviance Firm-NG6 Non-Acid Peel is designed to give your skin the results of a chemical peel without irritating your skin. This peel is formulated with NeoGlucosamine to increase cell turnover without harsh exfoliation. It is suitable for all skin types, plumps fine lines and wrinkles, fades dark spots, and improves elasticity and firmness.
This amazing no-rinse formula is easy to apply through the push-top, it dispenses the perfect amount of product. You apply it to your face, and allow it absorb, then follow with moisturizer or the rest of your skincare routine. Younique Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes
Younique Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes gives you a chance to boost your own lashes and give them the look of wearing false lashes without the hassle of trying to apply falsies, or the uncomfortable experience sometimes associated with wearing them all day.
Younique uses a special Uplift Eye Serum in their Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lash Serum that nourishes the eyelashes with a blend of CoQ10, squalene, and vitamins c & e.
I received the Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes for free in exchange for trying this product and sharing my honest experience with you all.
How to Apply...
Unfortunately this product gave me some sort of reaction, causing my eye area to swell and itch. I did reach out to my contact from the company regarding this issue a week ago but have not heard back. I will update if they do respond with any information as to why this may have happened.

Reviv Serums TelomErase Serum
Being a mom who is concerned about skincare, I find multitasking products to really come in handy when I don't have much time to devote to my skincare routine. Some nights I have all the time I need to complete all the steps i want to include, others - I'm lucky if I can get my face washed! Reviv Serums has created a Telomerase Serum that takes care of six skincare concerns with the use of just one product!
The TelomErase Serum is a 6-in-1 multi-corrective serum that erases, tightens, brightens, blurs, moisturizes and regenerates the appearance of dark circles, fine lines, sun spots, redness, pore size, and firmness.
I was sent this product for free, for the purpose of providing an honest review, and sharing my experience with you.
I received two sample-sized vials of the TelemErase Serum from Reviv Serums, and have tried it out daily for the past two weeks. A little goes a long way, and it absorbs into the skin quickly. I've noticed this product does a good job at keeping my under-eye area brighter and makes my fine lines unnoticeable. I have noticed my hyperpigmentation is lessened, but I cannot say that it was caused by this product alone, though I'm sure it has helped.
From now through December 31st (2015) Reviv Serums is offering 10% off at RevivSerums.com with the code TIGHT10. Enjoy!

Impress Press-On Manicure [Review]
Being a mom who works from home and also blogs, I never have time for small luxuries like manicures. Painting my nails becomes a small chore at times, so having an easy and quick option to get my nails done at home is great. I recently tried the imPress Press-On Manicure kit from Broadway Nails and today I'm going to share my experience with you.
I received two sets of the imPress nails; Casting Call (left) and Boogie Down (right).
The nails have a sticky backing covered with plastic, you remove the plastic strip to reveal the stickiness and apply it to your nails. There is no dry time with this system, which makes it especially appealing to a busy mom like myself. The Ultra-Hold Technology claims to keep nails waterproof and in-tact for up to a week.
To apply, you use the included prep pad to remove any oil or dirt from your nails, match up the correct size, then remove the backing and press on to your natural nail. The finish is similar to that of gel nails. Below is a photo of "Casting Call" on my nails.
Unfortunately I found that these nails did not last long at all. The look beautiful, and feel very sturdy at first, but within hours the nails started falling off and my natural nails have a visible amount of moisture on them. I did not submerge my nails in anything, so I'm not sure what happened, but I experienced the same unfortunate result with "Boogie Down" as well.
If you'd like to give these beautiful nails a try, you can find them at Walgreens for ~$7.99.

SOLVADERM EYEVAGE REVIEW
I recently tried the Solvaderm Eyevage age-defying eye cream.
This treatment was developed by leading dermatologists to address the complex and varied issues most commonly effecting the delicate eye area of maturing skin. This concentrated anti-aging serum is supposed to absorb quickly to improve micro-circulation in the under-eye area, lighten dark circles, and firm the under-eye area with the help of healing antioxidants and anti-inflammatories to minimize puffiness and render skin better protected from environmental damage and oxidative stress. Ultra-conditioning moisturizers provide intensive skin-softening hydration and work to banish fine lines and wrinkles. This treatment claims to make the eye area appear visibly brighter, captivatingly radiant, and radically younger-looking.
I used this product each morning and night for 4 weeks. It has no odor, and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky or tacky feeling behind. It leaves my eye area feeling smooth and hydrated, and lightens my dark circles while also smoothing out my fine lines and puffiness. This is one of the more effective eye treatments I've used, and plan to continue to use it in my morning and evening routines.
You can find this product on Solvaderm's website.

SOLVADERM JUVABRITE REVIEW
I recently tried the Solvaderm Juvabrite skin brightening complex. This treatment is designed for those who are looking to lighten dark spots on their skin without the use of harsh ingredients. This product uses a unique blend of ingredients is supposed to fade dark spots, blemishes, and discoloration caused by sun exposure, pregnancy, acne, or oral contraceptives. This product is light enough to be worn under makeup and/or other skincare products.
I used this product each morning and night for 4 weeks. It has no odor, and absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky or tacky feeling behind. It allows additional products to absorb easily afterwards as well. I have noticed my skin has gotten brighter since beginning the use of this product, but cannot say for sure that this product alone is the cause for the lightening and brightening, though I feel comfortable saying this was a nice contribution.
You can find this product on Solvaderm's website.

OZ Naturals Tinted Age-Defying Sunscreen [Review]
I recently tried the OZ Naturals Age Defying Solar Shield Broad Spectrum Tinted Sunscreen.
This sunscreen is spf 30 with Octyl Methoxycinnamate & Zinc Oxide that, when paired together, protect against both UVA and UVB rays.
This sunscreen is non-irritating, paraben-free, moisturizing, and is tinted to even out skin as well.
I found this sunscreen spread easily and absorbed quickly.
However, the tint in this sunscreen was too dark for my skin and made my skin look orange. While this sunscreen did not break me out, I would have to find a lighter makeup to mix with it to try and even it out on my skin in order to wear it.
You can find this product on Amazon.

Farmacy Firming Coconut Gel Mask Review
Sheet masks are a regular past of my daily evening skincare routine, and when I had the chance to try new masks from Farmacy, I was thrilled to be presented with such an opportunity!
Who/What is Farmacy?
Farm-grown, hand-picked botanicals define Farmacy beauty, which fuses age-old wisdom with cutting-edge technologies to create irritant-free bioactive formulations that support the skin’s own renewal and defense cycles.
Powered By Echinacea GreenEnvy™. A unique patent-protected variant of Echinacea Purpurea, GreenEnvy™ contains the highest known concentration of the phytochemical Cichoric Acid, a potent natural antioxidant which helps protect and firm the skin by inhibiting the enzymes that break down collagen.
Mark Veeder is the pioneer plantsman behind the discovery and patenting of Echinacea GreenEnvy™, a unique variant of Echinacea Purpurea. He has partnered with farming expert Robert Beyfuss to cultivate the plant in upstate New York. Together, they are creating jobs and changing lives in their local community.
The scientists and lab behind Farmacy are innovative experts in cosmetic formulation and research, and seek out nature’s most novel yet effective ingredients.
Echinacea GreenEnvy™ is transported only two hours to the lab, where it undergoes a cold pressing process, similar to cold pressed juices.
Farmacy is releasing six coconut gel masks; coconut gel bio-cellulose masks provide intensive hydration, restore the skin’s balance, and provide the skin’s surface layers with a penetrating surge of active ingredients.
-Brightening (Activated by Antizyme-rich Purple Broccoli Extract)
-Deep Moisture (Activated by Vitamin C-rich Cucumber Extract)
-Soothing (Activated by Mineral-rich Kale Extract)
-Firming (Activated by Flavonoid-rich Celery Extract)
-Oil Control (Activated by Lycopene-rich Carrot Extract)
-Anti-Wrinkle (Activated by Vitamin A-rich Rhubarb Extract)
Farmacy sent me the Firming hydrating coconut gel mask to try.
To use, I followed these fun directions:
The mask is much thinner than most sheet masks I've tried. It was easy to unfold, but I did find it's thinness made it a bit difficult to remove the second layer of paper once I situated the mask on my face.
This mask had an excellent fit: it hugged my undereye area nicely which smoothed out any lines and brightened dark circles, it clung to my skin very well allowing me to be able to go about my regular evening activies (i.e. washing dishes) while wearing this mask without worrying about it falling or sliding off my face, and the extra essence in the packet let me layer a little extra on top of the mask but also to moisturize my neck as well. There was no scent to the mask, and it felt very soothing on my skin.
Overall this was a really great mask for hydration and soothing the skin. The directions indicate to leave this mask on for 20-25 minutes, but I was able to comfortably leave it on for a full hour before it dried out. Check out my before and after below!
Farmacy coconut gel masks retail $24 for a 3-pack, and can be found at Sephora, QVC, and at FarmacyBeauty.com.

- Prep: Remove the mask from the sachet and unfold completely. The mask is placed between two sheets of protective mesh. Remove one side.
- Plant: Now place the exposed mask side on your face and smooth over surface, then remove the other protective mesh.
- Nurture: Leave the mask on for 20–25 minutes for the best results.
- Harvest: Remove the mask and gently massage excess formula into the skin.

About the ProductEvian Facial Spray was originally introduced in France in 1962 at the request of doctors for use on burn patients. It was the first facial water spray in France and was introduced as the first facial spray in the United States in 1978. Because of the current world-wide awareness of the Evian brand name, and the 36 year efforts of the USA exclusive distributor (The Wilkes Group Inc. in Old Lyme, CT), Evian is the only facial spray to be carried by many prestige retail groups including Nordstrom and Sephora. It is also offered in many luxury resorts and hotels such as Four Seasons. @evianspray
About the Brand
Evian ®Natural Mineral Water’s journey starts as rain and snow high atop the French Alps after which it filters for over 15 years through glacial rock and sand to a deep underground catchment just outside the town of Evian-Les-Bains, France. The water contained in the spray is tested 300 times per day to insure quality and the consistent unique mineral content—guaranteed to be the same year after year—canister to canister. No other water has the same mineral content.

The French Government has extremely stringent standards for approving mineral waters as suitable to drink. Evian Facial Spray is the only mineral water spray in the USA to contain such a water and the only one with a companion drinkable bottled mineral water. Worldwide, the Evian brand can be found now in over 120 countries. You may be thinking to yourself, that a spray can of water may have no use to you. The truth is, Evian was thinking of nearly everyone when they thought of these. I personally use it to set my makeup and refresh my skin without upsetting my face or drenching my clothing during the day. Something I find this spray to be especially useful for is cooling off and refreshing myself during a workout. It's easy to keep going when a quick spray of cool Evian water can cool you down and make you want to keep going. The gentle mist from the Evian Facial Spray is also great for rinsing away sweat that may cause breakouts. The spray can also be used to rinse away drying chlorine after swimming or to tame flyaways after working out or running.
The Wilkes Group was founded in 1976 and has distributed Evian Facial Spray since 1978. The company is focused primarily on prestige distribution at retail and luxury resorts/hotels that buy the product as a room, cabana, or poolside amenity.

A weekly mask with natural and organic clay from deep inside the Ancient Atlas Mountains of Morocco are the perfect skin treatment for cleaning, detoxifying, toning and rejuvenating. A facial mask treatment made from Ghassoul clay can be relaxing and give your skin a new healthy glow. Ghassoul clay's most impressive properties in skin improvement are its capacity of absorption and adsorption due to its high level of ion exchange. Ghassoul is a mineral rich, light brown clay that blends extremely well with water making its application to the face and skin a smooth and delightful experience. Use on skin and hair - it even makes for a fabulous shampoo; mix a small amount of powder in your favorite shampoo - wash and rinse. Super cleansing! This is an extremely detoxifying mask. The clay itself is very finely milled, and can be messy, but if you're careful it can also be very easy to work with. It mixes with water well, and is easy to spread onto the skin with a flat brush (I use a foundation brush). As Zakia's Morocco suggests, this clay powder also works well as a deep cleanser for your scalp. I mixed a small amount with my shampoo and found that it cleansed my scalp and hair well without over-drying and was easy to rinse away as long as I didn't allow it to dry too much. This is a great mask for treatments all over the body, not just the face.

ACE-FERULIC is an advanced rejuvenating serum that promotes dermal restoration and provides a powerful defense against skin aging due to sun exposure and environmental stressors. Dermatologist-formulated triple-blend of antioxidants neutralize free radicals to eradicate the oxidative stress that can harm skin over time. Enhances skin’s ability to fight signs of photo aging by providing protection against the sun’s damaging ultraviolet radiation. Professional-strength treatment improves the structure of the dermal layer by boosting the synthesis of skin-supporting and strengthening collagen and protein fibers. The nourishing, penetrating blend delivers curative and preventive benefits to dramatically improve skin’s overall appearance, texture, and tone.Ace-Ferulic is an acidic serum that helps bring fresh new skin cells to the surface. While this serum is an antioxidant, I find that it works best at night, as I personally feel it burns slightly, meaning it is leaving your skin vulnerable to extra damage from the sun and more sensitive than usual as well. I enjoyed using this serum as a part of my evening skincare routine, and found that it left my skin brighter, more smooth, and my complexion clearer too.

These eye pads are a great addition to your eye treatments, plus they give you an excuse to take 20 minutes to treat yourself! These pads are a great pick-me-up for your eyes. They're hydrating, cooling, and smooth out my under-eye area and make me look more awake. They smell slightly of citrus and are very easy to apply and relax with them on. With regular use, I've noticed an overall smoother and brighter under-eye area. I'm very pleased with this product, it really does work!
Product snapshot:
Exuviance® Intensive Eye Treatment Pads firms and hydrate the eye area while stimulating cell renewal and minimizing fine lines and wrinkles with Lactobionic Acid and Pro-Vitamins A, C and E.
Why you need it:
Fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes are usually one of the first signs of aging. The thin, delicate skin under the eyes is constantly exposed to the damaging effects of sunlight and free radicals which weaken skin's support matrix, leading to fine lines and deeper "crow's feet" wrinkles. Dryness and dehydration can worsen the appearance of fine lines. Until someone discovers the Fountain of Youth, aging is inevitable, but the good news is that the appearance of under eye wrinkles and fine lines can be diminished with the right products.
The benefits:
These single-use pads contain concentrated ingredients to provide maximum anti-aging benefits in a gentle formulation. Lactobionic Acid (10%) hydrates while it stimulates cell renewal and supports the dermal matrix, firming the skin and minimizing the appearance of fine lines. Pre-packaged in sets of two, our Intensive Eye Treatment pads are the perfect way to refresh, replenish and revitalize your eyes after a long day. Dermatologist and allergy tested. Fragrance-Free, Paba-Free. For all skin types.
How to use:
• Gently cleanse and dry the area thoroughly.
• Open pouch and remove both pads. (Note: Each pouch contains 2 pads.)
• Gently place one pad under or around each eye. Smooth the pad carefully onto the skin.
• Relax. Leave the pads on the skin for 10 to 30 minutes (as desired).
• Gently remove both pads and discard. Do not reuse pads. Gently massage in excess solution.
• We recommend following up with an application Exuviance Hydrating Eye Cream.
Key Ingredients: Lactobionic Acid, Vitamins A, C, and E
About Lactobionic Acid:
NeoStrata’s patented non-irritating "Bionic" Polyhydroxy Acid is derived from milk sugar and suitable for all skin types. Lactobionic Acid helps prevent and reverse the appearance of photoaging, including lines and wrinkles, uneven pigmentation, enlarged pores and roughness. A potent antioxidant used to prevent oxidative damage to transplant organs, Lactobionic Acid protects the skin against photoaging by inhibiting the MMP enzymes that degrade the skin's structure and strength. A natural humectant, it binds water to create a moisturizing barrier on skin, providing softness and a velvety smoothness.
