New Purex No Sort for Colors detergent is the latest laundry innovation from the Purex brand designed to simplify your laundry routine. Purex No Sort for Colors detergent features a breakthrough Anti-Color-Transfer Technology which traps loose dyes in the wash and reduces color bleeding accidents in your mixes color loads leaving your clothes bright and clean.
Purex No Sort for Colors detergent is packed with innovation, but it can't perform miracles, so please follow these words of advice: wash strongly colored fabrics or new pieces of clothing, especially jeans, separately at least 5 times before doing a mixed color load with Purex No Sort for Colors detergent.
This was such an exciting product to try. We don't get many light colored clothes in our baskets, so being able to mix them together really saved us water and the hassle of running an extra load of laundry. In regular loads (with my yoga pants and t-shirts, as well as Bug's clothing) this detergent worked perfectly! There was no sorting involved, and no color transfer onto lighter colored pieces of clothing. I put this detergent to the true test when Bug dumped a glass of juice onto the dog bed. I zipped off the slipcover and threw it in the wash with the towels and rags I used to scrub the carpet and wall.
Unfortunately, the slipcover for the dog bed must have been too dark to mix with whites, because it left a bluish tint on the towels from the same load. Not dark, but enough to notice, especially if you like *white* whites.
Overall, this was a nice detergent to use for regular everyday laundry. But please don't use it on deeply pigments fabrics like jeans or jean-material.

I love purex! Not expensive and it get's the job done! I only sort reds and blacks..so I don't think I'll need the no sort, but it's a great concept!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the review I will get my son some he is a single father and puts every thing in at one time and they don't look good at all
ReplyDeleteI'd like to try this Purex dtergent becasue it's that time of year whee we wear a lot of colorful clothes. I hate to waste water doing many small loads, so this would be better for the environment and my pocketbook.
ReplyDeleteI only sort light from darks so there isn't much of an issue. I wonder if it is truly different from other Purex types but I love Purex just the same. Gets the job done with a better price than Tide. Friends with sensitivities all use Purex as well, Tide and Gain cause problems for them.
ReplyDeleteto make laundry faster and easier
ReplyDeleteI separate my darks from my lights, and sometimes don't have enough of one to do a full load, so I'd love to try a detergent that I could use on both darks and lights together.
ReplyDeleteThis laundry soap would make my life a lot easier. No more sorting. I can thrown all of our towels in the same load. We have two different colors that I have been keeping seperate.
ReplyDeleteI would love to try it because don't have to worry bout sorting the clothes.
ReplyDeleteBecause I love Purex products and want to try this new no sort.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to try the no sort detergent because if I didn't have to sort the laundry I would have less loads to do and more time for family fun.
