12 Days To Go *Update*

This is actually news from yesterday, but I was so busy I didn't get a chance to update. I had a Dr appointment at about noon yesterday, something I've been looking forward to even more since my dr's replacement wouldn't check me last week. I'm still 80% effaced, but now I am 3 cm dilated, and she was able to strip my membranes. I made another appointment for next Monday (Jan 10) but my Dr really doubts I'll make it that long. I hate to get my hopes up, because it usually ends in disappointment, but no one is expecting me to go more than a day or two yet. A lot of people expected me to go into labor yesterday, but it just didn't happen :( Keeping my fingers crossed that our little monkey decides to come soon!
