Hello again friends!
I've been absent for a while but I'm working on bringing you more posts soon, sharing my thoughts on various products that have been in my routine for a while. Today, however, I'm going to share something that has only been in my routine for a few weeks, but has made such amazing improvement on areas of my skin that I can hardly wait to share it with you - today I'm sharing my results with the Nuelii Snail Bee Anti-Wrinkle Serum, which I won in a tester giveaway from Jolse.
The Neulii Snail Bee Serum is supposed to prevent and treat wrinkles. Designed for use with all skin types. I recently turned 30 and started noticing fine lines around my face, so I really couldn't get this on my face fast enough...
The ingredients include snail (repairing), propolis (antibacterial), allantoin (soothing), and betaine (antibacterial). The highlight ingredient for this serum, in my opinion, is the snail mucin, which repairs the skin - including rebuilding collagen. Propolis is the "bee" portion of this serum, and while it's mainly used for its antibacterial properties (one of my favorite acne-fighting ingredients) I have heard that it can help in firming up the skin as well.
Ingredients: Water, Butylene Glycol, Snail Secretion Filtrate, Propolis Extract, Betaine, 1,2-Hexanediol, Allantoin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Carbomer, Sodium Hyaluronate, Panthenol, Arginine.
The serum comes in a simple, clean looking box displaying both Korean and English information - including directions and ingredients. Aside from white, there are bursts of green on the packaging as well which looks calm and professional. The color scheme continues to the serum bottle, which is a clear frosted plastic with a white label adorned with green lettering. The pump on the bottle is easy to use and does not stick.
The serum itself is clear, with no noticeable scent. It has a thicker consistency, that is slightly sticky (which is normal for snail mucin) but spreads easily onto the skin and absorbs quickly. If you're familiar with the Cosrx Advanced Snail Mucin Essence, this has the same consistency, but does not leave a reside on the skin and is not as intensely hydrating.
I've been using this serum for about three weeks. I use it both morning and evening after cleansing, toning, and applying my essences. I use two pumps that I gently pat into my face, and then a third pump that I spread onto my neck.
Over the course of the past three weeks I've noticed that my fine lines around my face have nearly disappeared, but more incredibly the deep wrinkle I have on my neck has become incredibly smooth. I have a crease in my neck that I've attributed to my looking down most of my life, avoiding eye-contact with strangers in passing, and that I've heard is hereditary. However, this crease has gone from being deep and noticeable at first glance to "fine line" level. I'm thoroughly impressed with the results all-around, and will continue to use this serum on both my face and neck until my age requires something more heavy-duty.
For anyone who has been following my blog and curious about the mentions I've made, this serum - the Neulii Snail Bee Anti-Wrinkle Serum - is my replacement anti-again serum for the Goodal Firming Camellia Water Oil. Not only have I noticed far superior results, but it's also cheaper and feels better on my skin.
You can purchase this serum on Jolse, currently available for $14.55 usd.
