First things first – How do I pronounce “Memebox”?
It’s pronounced as “Mi-mi-box”, not “meme-box”. The name “Memebox” originated from “Mi Mi”, the name of a Korean doll that is the beauty idol of many little girls in Korea. It's spelt “Me-me” because we wanted to emphasize that beauty is about oneself, and hence “me”.
So, what is Memebox?

Superbox: Superbox was inspired by our Memebox lovers, looking for full-sized products catered to specific needs. Each Superbox series comes with its own theme, designed to target particular concerns, or collaboration with our favorite brands!
Luckybox: We created Luckybox to give everyone a different and unique box full of our favorite products for you to feel like the luckiest person in the world! Every Luckybox is unique and is filled with 4 - 8 full sized products and deluxe samples carefully curated from Korea to give you the best experience and widest exposure to a range of products!

Memebox Global: This is the original Memebox and it contains 4 to 8 full sized products and deluxe samples. They can vary from hair and body products, skin care to makeup.
Nakedbox: These are similar to the Memebox Global except they tell you exactly want you will be getting in the box. “For the very first time, a box with all of its components completely revealed: the Naked Box. This box is dedicated to you girls out there who feel a bit too shy or hesitant in trying out our other beauty boxes. Even better, we are able to send out your orders within 4 to 5 days. No need to pre-order or wait for a shipping date!”

Is Memebox shipped directly from Korea?
One of the great benefits of shopping with Memebox is that all the products are sourced, packaged, and shipped, directly from Korea straight to your doorstep. There are couple of reasons behind this: firstly, Memebox wants to make sure that you get the widest choice of products, and that means not limiting their stock to a small warehouse outside of Korea. Secondly, beauty trends evolve incredibly rapidly, and shipping directly from Korea allows for staying on top of that. As a result, regular shipping does take between 15 - 25 business days. Express shipping options are available as well, and take 3 - 7 business days. Memebox is committed to bringing you only the best - and will make sure it’s worth the wait.
Do you ship internationally?
As of February 2015, Memebox only ships to the USA, Korea, and China - from their respective warehouses. There is speculation that this is only temporary while they get their newbie issues straightened out, and I hope that they continue to ship internationally again soon!
Is Memebox a continuous subscription or do you have to purchase each box separately?
Currently, Memebox does not offer monthly subscription plans, so each box will have to be purchased upon release. Register your email at us.memebox.com, and you will receive an email notifying you when a new box is released!
Are the products featured in the boxes sold on your website as well (us.memebox.com)?Unfortunately, not all the products featured in boxes are available. However, there are many items that have been featured that you can also purchase in full-size at Memeshop.
